Landry's in Galveston, TX is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take drink orders, and suggest specialty cocktails, delivering a memorable experience with prompt, accurate service.

You will engage with guests in a fast-paced environment, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with bartenders to ensure smooth service, while leveraging your knowledge of cocktails and beverage offerings. Tips are earned in this tipped position.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
• Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
• Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
