Landry's, Inc. is seeking a Bartender in Galveston, TX to deliver extraordinary guest experiences with courteous, professional service. You will understand guest needs and craft beverages to spec, while staying quick on your feet and maintaining a welcoming attitude.

You will manage bar operations, stock levels, and cash handling with attention to detail, aiming to exceed sales goals through engaging guest interactions and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience in a hotel or related setting.
• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Team Player with a guest first attitude.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
• Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
