Job summary

Landry's, Inc. is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take and deliver drink orders, and offer recommendations on specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of cocktails and beverage service. You will collaborate with bartenders and staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; Take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
• Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
• Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; Monitor and restock supplies as needed
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
