Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Baton Rouge is seeking a friendly cocktail server to provide exceptional guest service, prepare drinks to specification, check IDs, and maintain clean, stocked workstations on the casino floor.

You will engage guests with rapport, operate the POS system, and report any shortages or safety issues. Must be 21+, able to work weekends/nights/holidays, and hold a valid food handler certificate or be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 1 year Cocktail Server experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Basic mathematical skills preferred.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specifications and serve them promptly.
• Verify guest age by checking ID before serving alcohol.
• Operate the point of sale system and balance cash.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build guest rapport.
• Maintain clean, stocked, safe workstations and casino floor areas.
