Qualifications

• Previous experience in cocktail/server or similar customer service role preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
• Must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages.
• Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders.
• Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests.
