Maverick Gaming LLC is hiring a full-time bartender/server at our Central City/Colorado venue. The role requires delivering beverages per recipes, managing cash, upselling food and drinks, and maintaining a clean bar.

Responsabilidades

• Set up bars for each shift, ensure cleanliness and stock.
• Take beverage orders from customers and servers and ring in drinks before preparation.
• Follow standard drink recipes, use proper glassware and portions.
• Adhere to laws governing the service of alcohol and guest safety.
• Do not serve intoxicated patrons.
• Balance cash at shift end and process cash-outs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the bars are set up for the shift, cleaned and stocked.
• Takes beverage orders from the customers and servers and ensures all drinks are rung in before any are prepared.
• Follows the standard drink recipes, using the proper glassware and portions.
• Adheres to all the laws pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages and dealing with guests.
• Intoxicated persons must never be served.
• Balances cash at the end of their shift and follow the standard procedure for cashing out.
• Keeps bar, counters, and work areas clean always.
• Upsells food and beverage to patrons.
• Prepares requisitions and inventories as required at the end of the shift.
• Locks up product when necessary.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have previous serving experience and knowledge that includes:

• High School education or equivalent experience
• Six months experience as a server preferred
• Prior money handling experience preferred
• Ability and willingness to work at both the Central City and Black Hawk properties
• Must be flexible to work any schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• TIPS Certification – We will train you!

Salary $16.27+ tips
