Job summary

River City Casino & Hotel in Missouri is seeking a Casino Barback to support beverage service on the casino floor, delivering orders, stocking supplies, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with rounds, maintain clean sections, and help guests with amenities while promoting responsible alcohol service; shifts run evenings to late night. Base pay starts at $7.50/hour plus tips, with typical tip ranges per shift posted by the team.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience or strong hospitality mindset.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and basic beverages is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Make routine rounds of assigned section on casino floor to obtain beverage orders.
• Deliver beverage orders and provide amenities to guests such as matches, beverage napkins, and ashtrays and maintain assigned section by collecting used glassware, ashtrays, and trash.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Attempt to limit problems related to guests’ excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service.

As a Casino Barback you will:

Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (Avg $150 to $300 in tips) | Shift: 3:45 pm - 12:15 am or 6:45 pm - 3:15 am

• Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification.
• Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes.
