Job summary

Peppermill is seeking a Cocktail Server to provide beverages and attentive service to guests in a friendly, efficient manner at our Sparks, NV property.

Qualified candidates will be 21+, possess an Alcohol Awareness Card, and have prior cocktailing experience. You will greet guests, maintain a clean environment, and apply knowledge of drink pricing and promotions while performing side work and supporting casino floor operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Minimum 1 year cocktailing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Possess excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
