Position: Cocktail Server

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking food and drink orders, assisting with bussing, food running, and barista duties as needed. A friendly demeanor and multitasking ability are essential.

Essential Functions

1. Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently
2. Take and enter food and drink orders accurately
3. Transport food and beverages safely to guests
4. Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns
5. Clear and reset tables
6. Assist with bussing duties
7. Upsell menu items and promote specials
8. Stock bar areas appropriately
9. Work flexible hours, including weekends
10. Communicate effectively in written and spoken English
11. Multitask calmly in a busy environment
12. Move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
13. Stand and walk throughout shifts, navigate stairs and uneven surfaces

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Exceed guest expectations and anticipate needs
2. Greet guests sincerely
3. Handle guest challenges tactfully and courteously
4. Recognize intoxicated guests and seek management assistance
5. Accurately process orders and payments, balance sales
6. Know the menu and answer questions
7. Promote current specials and use sales techniques
8. Follow all steps of service and safety procedures
9. Complete alcohol awareness training
10. Adhere to company policies and procedures
11. Work well with others as a team
12. Perform additional duties as assigned
