Responsibilities include:

• Providing consistent, personalized service to guests
• Greeting guests warmly and using their names when possible
• Accurately quoting wait times and closing interactions courteously
• Preparing beverages quickly and correctly, familiarizing with menu items
• Handling sales transactions per departmental policies
• Monitoring service stations to ensure timely service
• Serving alcohol responsibly, verifying guest ages, and adhering to laws and policies
• Addressing guest issues professionally and communicating with management
• Sharing property information and promotions
• Notifying slot personnel as needed and maintaining cleanliness
• Operating equipment safely and maintaining a professional appearance

Qualifications:

• Availability for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills
• Mathematical ability for transactions and measurements
• Qualify for WV Racing license; obtain Food Handler, TIPS, and TOPs certifications
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related tasks; must wear uniform heels
• Exposure to various environmental conditions and moderate noise levels
