Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Bartender who crafts cocktails, pours beer, and delivers great food, drinks and FUN for all Guests. You know the menu inside and out and can make great food and beverage suggestions, while upholding the highest safety and sanitation standards.

You will greet Guests, build memorable experiences, ensure order accuracy, and showcase extensive beer, wine and cocktail knowledge. Availability for days, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Guest focused mindset and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to communicate with management, team members and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging Guests while being an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy.
• Showcasing beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest needs.
• Creating memorable experiences through exceptional service.
• Adhering to local alcohol laws and policies.
• Processing payments and facilitating return visits.
• Maintaining a stocked, clean and safe bar and completing side duties.
