Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year design and release experience with automotive ECUs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
• Logical thinker with attention to detail and results orientation.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and/or Google Docs.
• Excellent program management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, development and release of cockpit components.
• Program and supplier management; track issues and resolve proactively.
• Deliver to all vehicle program milestones and cradle-to-grave release activity.
• Maintain risk assessments and mitigation plans; brief senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cockpit engineers and cross-functional teams to validate CKPT systems.
