Job summary

Stellantis NV in Auburn Hills, MI seeks an engineer to design, develop and release cockpit components for automotive ECUs. You will manage programs and suppliers, track issues, and drive cradle-to-grave release activities including specs, sourcing docs, PFMEA/DVPRs, validation plans, and launch support.

Basic qualifications include a BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering and at least 1 year of ECU design/release experience; strong communication, teamwork and program management skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year design and release experience with automotive ECUs.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment; requires minimal direction.
• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail oriented and results-driven.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
• Excellent program management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Program and supplier management.
• Open issue tracking with proactive issue resolution.
• Release activity from cradle to grave (specs, sourcing docs, engineering changes, validation plans, etc.).
• Risk identification with detailed mitigation and management plans.
• Collaborate with cockpit engineers and cross-functional teams to validate CKPT systems.
