• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas and menu items to order, following established recipes and quality standards
• Stretch, top, and bake dough using commercial pizza ovens with speed and consistency
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfectly finished products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Assist with food prep including slicing, portioning, and stocking ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines in compliance with health codes
