Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Analyst for Acquisition Strategy & Performance Analytics in Irving, TX. You will translate complex data into actionable strategies shaping how Citi expands its cobrand card portfolio, owning end-to-end performance management for high-profile partnerships.

You will deliver dashboards, weekly updates, and presentations to senior leadership, coordinating cross-functional teams and guiding investment decisions with rigorous analytics.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in financial services or marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Tableau to build dashboards and analyze trends.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of P&Ls and marketing investment management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership.
• Experience managing internal and external partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition performance KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain an acquisition performance dashboard with channel managers.
• Deliver weekly performance updates identifying risks and opportunities.
• Track marketing expenses and incentives to optimize returns.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for senior leadership and partners.
• Coordinate monthly marketing initiatives roadmap and test plans.
• Partner with competitive insights to sharpen acquisition strategy.
