Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of COBRA administration and health eligibility experience.
• Knowledge of COBRA timelines, enrollment, billing, and reporting.
• Experience supervising staff or managing projects preferred.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English; Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Set service quality goals for the Department of Eligibility (DOE), COBRA administration and related government interactions.
• Ensure COBRA compliance with regulations, timelines, tracking, reporting, reconciliation, enrollments and payments.
• Supervise staff, monitor workflows, coach and appraise performance, and develop staff.
• Identify workflow deficiencies and implement operational or procedural improvements.
• Provide operational management support and back up for the DOE Manager when needed.
• Develops and maintains summary reports to track quality and quantity of work.
