Job Title: COBOL Mainframe Developer with .NET Experience

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled COBOL Mainframe Developer with experience in .NET technologies to join our modernization team. This role demands strong expertise in COBOL development (70%) combined with practical experience in .NET (30%) and modern system integrations. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, adaptable, and able to contribute to initiatives that bridge legacy systems with modern architecture.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on COBOL development experience, ideally with SQL COBOL and Db2 for i
• Strong knowledge of IBM i-Series and legacy batch processes
• 3+ years of experience in .NET development (.NET Core preferred)
• Familiarity with modern REST APIs, payload formats (JSON/XML), and system integrations
• Understanding of enterprise messaging, service communication patterns, and secure TLS configurations
• Proven ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and contribute to modernisation roadmaps
