Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a Cobol Developer to strengthen its IT team. You will build and maintain Cobol applications, analyze requirements, and support testing and validation with end-users and IT colleagues.

The ideal candidate has Microfocus Cobol experience, SQL skills, and DB2 knowledge, plus English and Dutch language abilities. A collaborative, long-term environment offers growing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Microfocus Cobol and writing SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Cobol applications that support the core business processes.
• Perform functional and technical analyses for smaller projects, or collaborate with analysts and architects on larger initiatives.
• Carry out unit testing and provide support during regression testing.
• Work closely with end-users and IT colleagues to ensure effective implementation and validation.
• Contribute to technical improvements and optimization projects within the IT landscape.
