Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing coax or fiber splicers
• 5+ years of coax or fiber splicing experience
• Hands-on approach with problem-solving in the field
• Ability to coach and mentor a team
• Basic accounting principles knowledge
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the utility construction industry
• Develop team’s skill set and knowledge of coax splicing
• Direct multiple crews and their job site activities
• Support the company-wide safety culture
• Drive the team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects
• Provide high level customer service for escalated issues
• Perform other tasks as assigned
