Job summary

Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a field telecom technician to perform coax splicing, cable preparation, and equipment assembly in both inside and outside plant environments. You will troubleshoot cable faults, run tests with Viavi meters and OTDR, and update splice maps as required.

The role includes 24/7 on-call standby and potential after-hours work in challenging conditions. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of coax splicing experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a

Responsibilities

• Splice taps, actives, and nodes to specifications.
• Prepare, dress, and store coax cabling and assemble equipment per design specs.
• Perform live cut-overs during maintenance hours and troubleshoot damaged coax cable.
• Read, understand, and update splice documentation and maps.
• Assist in on-call rotation and support after-hours restoration as needed.
