Qualifications

• 20+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the aviation, turbomachinery and/or gas turbine industries.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of systemic quality and production issues related to coatings.
• Establish performance benchmarks and standardization for coating processes.
• Own the Coating technology roadmap & Parent/Child PFMEA’s.
