Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, especially with coatings and color expertise.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and certified quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two direct reports and ensure QC processes are implemented and maintained.
• Apply strong color-matching knowledge to ensure product quality.
• Work with coatings and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize solid mathematical aptitude in QC processes.
• Communicate effectively and handle customer complaints and quality issues.
• Ensure ISO compliance and certified quality processes.
• Utilize BatchMaster software to support quality operations.
• Lead improvements in quality operations and address customer concerns.
