Seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor with a background in industrial coatings, paint manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, color matching, and quality management systems. Ideal candidates will have experience overseeing laboratory and production quality processes, supervising quality personnel, handling customer quality concerns, supporting ISO-certified quality systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Experience with coatings technologies including acrylic, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, fluorocarbon, and industrial paint products is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of color theory, color matching, batch testing, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and manufacturing quality standards is required. Experience using ERP systems such as BatchMaster and supporting production operations in a chemical or coatings manufacturing environment is a plus. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally with production, operations, and customer service teams
