Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to verify product quality against customer specifications and internal processes. You will inspect incoming, in-process, and final products and assist in root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Candidates should be able to read engineering drawings, use measuring instruments, and document results with basic MS Office tools. High school diploma or GED required, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret customer specifications and drawings.
• Experience with inspection of incoming/outgoing parts against specifications.
• High attention to quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming products against customer defined specifications and internal processes.
• Inspect outgoing products against customer defined specifications and internal processes.
• Complete and approves NCMRs for incoming/outgoing customer products.
• Assist Quality/Engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action requests.
