IFS Coatings in Gainesville, TX, is seeking dedicated staff for production and lab support. You will pull standards and attach them to shop orders, print labels, prepare formula sheets, and manage orders with backflushing of used materials.

Responsibilities include QC reporting, ensuring panels and yields, filing batch panels, and supporting lab projects and miscellaneous tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to lift 55 lbs are important.

Responsabilidades

• Pull standards and attach to shop orders.
• Print box labels for each production order.
• Prepare written formula sheets.
• Adjust production orders as needed.
• Backflush materials from inventory.
• Complete QC inspection reports for each batch.
• Verify panels and yield are present for orders.
• Submit orders to QC after approval.
• Sort and file batch panels and standards.
• Sort and file production retains.
• Label panels with required information and complete lab tasks.
• Complete color book projects and lab work requests.
• Submit projects with required panels and samples; sort lab panels and retains.
• Operate mill to produce bonded base materials; provide small sieve support.
• Answer customer emails regarding panel requests.
