Job summary

IFS Coatings Inc. is seeking a laboratory/product development role in Gainesville, FL. The position focuses on developing products in a lab environment and handling powder coating processes, including weighing, extrusion, milling, grinding, and cleanup.

You will spray test panels and conduct tests using approved methods, documenting results and adjusting formulations accordingly. The role offers growth within the department and requires basic math, written communication, and color vision
