Job summary

IFS Coatings Inc. in Texas is seeking a lab-focused developer to advance powder coating products in a laboratory environment. You will weigh, extrude, mill, grind, and cleanup powder coating formulations and prepare customer samples and trials.

You will conduct tests using approved methods, document results, adjust formulations by trial and error, and pursue growth opportunities within the department. Strong communication, basic math and written skills, and color vision are required.

• Manufacturing or Lab experience preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic mathematic and written skills
