Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5 years in operations with full P&L responsibility and coatings experience preferred.
• 5 years leading 50+ people.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; develops strategies to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, kaizen, and production systems.
• Experience managing large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct plant operations and facilities management for a 100+ employee organization.
• Own budget and drive productivity, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Lead capital investments and ensure outcomes meet expectations.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Technology teams to align with customer needs.
• Provide strong leadership in Manufacturing, Quality, EH&S, and Engineering.
