Will paint a variety of items utilizing various materials (i.e. CARC and Military coatings) Must independently plan details of work, selecting method, equipment and process best suited for particular requirements.

Responsibilities

* Responsible for accurately blending colors, managing the stages of painting, and maintaining a proper painting environment.
* Experience in one or more of the following: masking, sanding, grinding and applying paint.
* Qualified to utilize spray paint tools and other related equipment.
* Must be able to prepare and prep vehicles and parts for painting
* Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
* Communicate with supervisors and engineers regarding job progress, issues, or design changes.

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• One-year painting experience preferred
