GE Aerospace Edison Works Military Material Systems Section seeks a Sub-Section Manager to lead coatings and materials engineers, guiding program objectives from lab to factory while ensuring robust process control and data documentation. You will partner with production teams to mature processes and transition coatings technologies to manufacturing.

The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years in a related technical field, strong leadership, and experience with program management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience in a related discipline.
• Security clearance eligibility required (US).
• Experience with coatings, surface engineering, or materials systems is plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a coatings and materials engineering team; manage hiring and performance.
• Communicate goals, programs, and processes for materials technologies.
• Drive TRL 4-6 readiness programs and ensure design integration into hardware.
