Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Comfort with 12-hour rotating shifts and safety compliance.
• Basic math and computer literacy for production records.
• Experience with hazardous materials handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain bulk paint loading and manufacturing equipment.
• Follow batch cards, work instructions, and SOPs to produce products.
• Measure, weigh, and safely handle raw materials throughout production.
• Adhere to plant safety, environmental policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and support production systems.
• Maintain production records and assist in teamwork to meet goals.
