Qualifications

• AMPP CIP Level 1 certification, current.
• 1+ years in industrial coatings application or inspection.
• Comfortable working in tanks, structures, blasting and spray ops.
• Meticulous with instruments and records.
• Honest about what the gauge reads.

Responsibilities

• Measure and record ambient conditions before and during application.
• Verify surface prep against SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile.
• Measure wet/dry film thickness and check for holidays/defects.
• Verify coating materials, batch numbers, mixing, pot life.
• Maintain daily coating inspection log and photograph stages.
