Job summary

Artivion, Inc. in Austin is seeking an assembler to perform critical packaging operations for heart valve devices and components.

You will visually inspect, sterilize, test, package, and label products according to written guidelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior assembly/manufacturing experience is advantageous, and a strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience in assembly or manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and written specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute repetitive assembly operations to mass produce final package configurations.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Sterilize and prepare components for packaging according to established protocols.
• Conduct testing procedures as required by written specifications.
• Package and label products accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and production areas.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.
