Job summary

FabLogix in Duncan, SC seeks an experienced Coating and Paint Manager to own blast, prime and paint processes. You will lead the coating team, ensuring prep, coating and curing meet specifications, and coordinate with Production, Estimating, Purchasing and Quality to hit targets.

You will estimate jobs, schedule work, control costs, and uphold safety and environmental standards while driving KPI improvements across throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with industrial coating or painting operations.
• Supervisory experience of a paint/blast crew.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and coating specs.
• Ability to manage material quantities and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule blast and paint work against production schedules.
• Lead coating team and ensure surface prep, coating and cure per specs.
• Maintain records for DFT, inspection, and batch traceability.
• Manage safety, training, and OSHA compliance; track VOC/HAP usage.
• Control coatings inventory, suppliers, and cost efficiency.
