Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. seeks Manufacturing Technicians for our Austin, TX facility. You will perform hands-on manufacturing in a controlled cleanroom, handling materials, following GDP, and ensuring strict quality and safety standards.

Experience in regulated environments is preferred. You will support bead formation, crosslinking, coating, sieving, filling, sealing, and packaging while maintaining detailed documentation and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Experience in medical device, pharma, biotech, or regulated environments preferred.
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willing to work onsite in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing in a controlled cleanroom.
• Follow procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements.
• Weigh, measure, dispense, and handle materials with precision.
• Support chemical processing steps including bead formation, crosslinking, coating, washing.
• Perform sieving and particle-size classification per specifications.
• Support filling, sealing, and packaging operations.
• Complete production and batch documentation per GDP.
• Follow ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR requirements.
• Perform in-process inspections and quality control testing.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and proper PPE usage.
• Identify and report deviations or equipment issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a safe, organized production environment.
