Job summary

AMTRACO is seeking an experienced production worker for our Chemical Mixing/Machine Operating Department on the Southeast Wisconsin location for the 2nd Shift. You will work with team members to sustain production operations, operating coating machines and following adhesive recipes to create tape.

This role emphasizes LEAN practices, safety, and collaboration across departments to maintain inventory and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn the operation of the coating equipment.
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate the chemical mixing area and coating machines.
• Follow recipes for mixing batch adhesives to create tape.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to team effort and other duties as assigned.
