Amtraco, Inc. is seeking a production worker for our Southeast Wisconsin location on 2nd shift to support chemical mixing and tape production.

You will work with a team to keep coating operations running, follow adhesive batch recipes, and maintain accurate production records. You should bring Lean manufacturing understanding, safety focus, and strong communication skills to contribute to quality and efficiency in our facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Ability to learn operation of coating equipment.
• Understanding of LEAN manufacturing concepts.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform the work of a production worker in the chemical mixing area.
• Ensure coating machines are running properly with your printing or machine background.
• Follow recipes for mixing batch adhesives to create tape.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Contribute to team effort and customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
