Job summary

Amtraco, Inc. in Southeast Wisconsin is seeking an experienced production worker for the 2nd shift in our Chemical Mixing/Machine Operating Department. You will join a team to sustain production operations and support manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities include following batch recipes, operating coating equipment, and maintaining records with a focus on safety and Lean principles. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform the work of a production worker in the chemical mixing area.
• Operate coating machines and verify proper operation.
• Follow batch recipes to create tape.
• Maintain production and material records.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep supplies and inventory.
• Uphold a clean, safe work environment.
• Support team goals and perform other duties as assigned.
