Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Technology preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of coating processes, material handling, and safety practices.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coating line production during assigned shift.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed.
• Monitor production schedules to meet demand.
• Coach and develop production operators; conduct evaluations.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor quality with the Quality Team to address deviations.
• Track KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Maintain production documentation and a clean, safe environment.
