Job summary

MACtac North America is seeking a Coater Operator to supervise the coating line, ensure adherence to client specifications, and support line repairs and troubleshooting for efficient production in Scranton, PA.

The role requires coordinating daily schedules, ensuring proper material flow, and overseeing assistants; lifting sleeves up to 60 pounds with two-person lift on occasion may be required, with emphasis on safety and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 6 months Lift Truck experience or be able to pass a Lift Truck licensing test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coating line personnel to ensure efficient operation and adherence to client specifications.
• Review client specifications and assign daily work schedules and tasks for coating employees.
• Oversee line repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
• Assist with line-wide duties as needed, including material delivery and documentation.
