Job summary

Eastman Chemical Company is seeking candidates for production roles in the Coating & Laminating area. The position operates on a 12-hour rotating day/night shift under supervision of a Team Manager.

Responsibilities include equipment start/stop, monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring safety and housekeeping in the production area. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
• Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
• Other duties as assigned.
