Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read production instructions. Experience with manufacturing equipment is preferred; Lean knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust coating machinery to meet production goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance, cleaning, and machine adjustments.
• Inspect products for quality, coating consistency, and defects.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Assist with labeling, packaging, and staging finished products.
• Support and mentor team members during production runs.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
