Job summary

Eastman is hiring for a C&L Operator – Martinsville in Virginia. This role supports coating and laminating production, reporting to a Team Manager.

Responsibilities include startup/shutdown of equipment, monitoring and troubleshooting, and maintaining safety and housekeeping in a high-demand manufacturing environment. Qualified candidates will hold a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 18, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance.
• Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action.
• Other duties as assigned.
