Job summary

The selected candidate will lead department operations, develop frontline leaders, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and production teams to optimize performance and deliver plant-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience leading a manufacturing department.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor coating production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime reduction.
• Ensure adherence to production specifications and customer requirements.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Coating Team Managers, operators, and technicians.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase operational efficiency.
