Pay & Schedule

• Weekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Friday, Saturday & Sunday $22.50/hr + 20% shift differential ($27.00/hr) 36 hours worked, paid for 40

How The Hiring Process Works

• You’ll start through one of our staffing partners while completing a required security clearance
• Once cleared, trained, and meeting expectations, you’ll be eligible to convert to a permanent Crane employee (typically within 90 days)
