Crane Currency is seeking experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators for 3rd shift in Nashua, NH. Operate and monitor presses and production machinery, set up and troubleshoot, and ensure quality materials and products.

You will cross-train on multiple machines, document data, and follow safety procedures while contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency. Training on advanced equipment offers growth paths with certifications and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or printing presses preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines.
• U.S. citizen able to meet Public Trust requirements.

Crane Currency is hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators (Press Operators, Production Operators, and Machine Technicians) to join our Operations team in Nashua, NH on 3rd shift.

If you have experience operating manufacturing equipment, production machinery, printing presses, converting equipment, extrusion equipment, or other large-scale industrial machinery, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable global manufacturer.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, presses, and production machinery
• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize machine performance
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet strict quality requirements
• Identify defects, resolve production issues, and document manufacturing data
• Utilize test equipment, inspection systems, and quality tools
• Follow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructions
• Cross-train across multiple machines and manufacturing processes
• Support continuous improvement, production efficiency, and operational excellence

What you’ll get

• Base + 20% shift diff starting at $30 - 34.80/hr (based on experience)
• Shift schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00pm – 6:00am

Important note: This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you’ll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Printing Press Operator, Press Operator, Flexographic Press Operator, Offset Press Operator, Gravure Press Operator, Coating Line Operator, Laminating Line Operator, Converting Operator, Extrusion Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, or Large-Scale Industrial Equipment Operator. Experience operating and troubleshooting complex, continuous-process manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Comfortable working with computer-based production and inspection systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• U.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirements
