Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc. is seeking a Coater Operator to set up and run coating equipment to produce quality coated material. The role is on-site in Alliance, OH and operates on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2pm-10:30pm) with weekly pay. Safety, accuracy, and adherence to process parameters are essential for success.

The position requires PPE compliance, basic manufacturing experience, and completing required paperwork for traceability and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one-year manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wear all required PPE.
• Set machine parameters (speed, temp, etc.) per the Process Parameter Card.
• Inspect and verify coating before mixing.
• Complete all paperwork for the work order, inspections, and quality lab.
• Ensure safe operation and material inspections during processing.
