Job summary

Total Reliance Contracting Co. is hiring a Production Worker for a coater line in our plant setting. You will operate and monitor coating equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to company standards on a fast-paced rolled goods line.

The role requires basic math, the ability to read formulas, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Onsite work only with mandatory overtime when needed; benefits follow after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Knowledge of pumps and motors helpful.
• Ability to read formulas and weigh ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area on the production line.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor rolled goods coating machinery.
• Perform continual checks and adjust machine settings for quality.
• Monitor temperature, speed, coating weights and coverage on the line.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects.
• Assist with maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Work is onsite with no remote option.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
