Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow SOPs for each task.
• Complete production records and quality checks clearly.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product specs are met.
• Monitor loading/unloading, line density, and packing methods.
• Train others in hanging, parts checking, loading, and packing per specs.
• Collaborate with quality staff to meet specs and maintain line continuity.
• Operate forklifts and burn-off painted racks/hardware when trained.
• Maintain production standards and a clean, safe area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
