Job description

Job Title: Coater - Green Zone Production

DWM Holdings is seeking a Coater for our Green Zone production team. This role involves coating, picking, packing, shipping, and material handling, along with documenting coating procedures in line with company standards for all product types within the production department. The Coater reports directly to the Logistics Manager and collaborates closely with Production Team Members.

Responsibilities:

1. Picking and Packaging:
   • Review PLEX for orders requiring processing by shipment type (UPS, FEDEX, Flatbed, etc.) for the current period.
   • Gather parts and hardware for shipments, with some parts needing painting as per customer specifications and hardware packaged according to Kit instructions.
   • Pull appropriate boxes for packing.
   • Record dimensions and print shipping labels for FEDEX and UPS shipments.
   • Prepare pallets, including shrink wrapping and banding.
   • Stage conveyances appropriately.
   • Process shippers in PLEX.
   • Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
2. Coating/Painting:
   • Receive parts from the green zone for coating.
   • Prepare and clean surfaces of painted items.
   • Hang parts to be painted and verify paint colors.
   • Move painted parts into the oven for curing.
   • Package completed painted parts for shipping.
   • Process shippers in PLEX system.
   • Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
3. Move inventory from storage to production areas.
4. Replenish low inventory parts from storage.

Shift Hours: 1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 5:30 pm, depending on workload.
